THE FOLLOWING are court results for Chichester and Worthing magistrates' courts from January 4 to 8.

Mark Harrison, 51, of West View Cottages, South Lane, Southbourne, was given a community order and must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of assault by beating in Chichester on August 7, 2015; and using threatening words or behaviour in Chichester on August 7, 2015. He must pay £151.30 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £650 costs.

Amy Gibson, 30, of Common View, Stedham, was given a community order and must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (96mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Kennel Hill, Goodwood, on December 12, 2015. She was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Teresa Hall, 54, of Manhood Cottages, Almodington Lane, Earnley, was fined £50 after admitting possessing 17g of cannabis on the A29 Bury on December 12, 2015. She was also fined £265 and must pay £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without due care and attention on the A29 Bury on December 12, 2015. She admitting driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty. Her driving record was endorsed with nine points.

Rolandus Lukosius, 44, of Allendale Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £485 and must pay £49 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide a specimen when required by police in Chichester on December 7, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Martins Strals, 55, of Sandringham Way, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (61mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Bognor Regis on December 11, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Mwila Chongo, 39, of Merlin Close, Tangmere, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (46mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Worthing on December 14, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Mariusz Furtak, 33, of Queensway House, Queensway, Bognor Regis, was fined £45 and must pay £19.98 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing a £19.68 blanket from Home Value Stores in Bognor Regis on December 7, 2015. He admitted breaching a conditional discharge, no action taken.

Daniel Betsworth, 32, of Harrow Drive, West Wittering, was fined £200 after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Arundel on June 1, 2015. He was fined £400 after admitting driving without reasonable consideration; fined £100 after admitting driving without a licence; and fined £200 after admitting failing to stop when required by police. He must pay £40 victim surcharge, £15 costs, and was disqualified from driving for two year.

Alfie Cole, 42, of Bognor Road, Chichester, was given a community order and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (93mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in St James Road, Chichester, on November 18, 2015. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £150 costs, and was disqualified from driving for two years.

Jefferson De Oliveira, 30, of Spinney Lane, Itchenor, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85, after admitting drink-driving (81mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Avenue De Chartres, Chichester, on December 17, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months. He also admitted driving while not wearing a seatbelt and driving without a licence, no separate penalty.

Errol McIntosh, 51, of Church Hill Walk, Pagham, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over 70mph on the A3 Horndean and B2070, Petersfield, on February 12, 2015. He was fined a further £200 after admitting driving over 70mph on the A3 Liphook on March 6, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with a total of six points.

Nathan Sinclair, 25, of Hook Lane, Aldingbourne, was discharged conditionally for 24 months after admitting assault by beating in Littlehampton on May 18, 2015. He was given a restraining order and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

River Atkinson, 20, of Waterworks Cottages, Fontwell Avenue, Eastergate, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving a vehicle with a faulty tyre in Chichester on August 17, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points. He admitted a second similar charge, no separate penalty.

Bernard Mills, 65, of East Bank, North End Road, Yapton, was fined £120 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving without insurance on the A27 Chichester on June 25, 2015. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

Glenn Allerton, 28, of Eastergate Lane, Walberton, was fined £80 and must pay £20 victim surcharge after admitting driving over 70mph on the A27 Aldingbourne on June 17, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Dudley Brook, 32, of Luffs Meadow, Northchapel, was fined £220 and must pay £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving over the 30mph speed limit in Station Road, Petworth, on June 25, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Christopher Ottaway, 48, of Tufts Field, Midhurst, was fined £40 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, for driving without a licence in Chichester Road, Midhurst, on June 30, 2015. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Nikki Simmons, 29, of Mill Pond Crescent, Chichester, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of driving without insurance in Stockbridge Road, Chichester, on June 30, 2016. She also admitted driving without a licence; putting passengers in danger of injury; and driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate, no separate penalty. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
