Western Front battlefield tours at open air museum

THE Weald and Downland Open Air Museum is set to host a weekend of exclusive and unique tours based on the Western Front battlefield.

These tours will be looking at the stories of the men who fell in conflict, whose services are often overlooked, and who lived in the Weald and Downland region.

Each unique experience will be lead by Andy Robertshaw, a military historian who has previously worked with the museum and Steven Spielberg while filming the 2011 British-American war drama film, War Horse.
